About Me

Designer of Alignment Systems for Decentralized Economies

I've spent most of my entrepreneurial career building network-driven systems and learning where incentive alignment breaks.

At 22, I built a local crowdfunding ecosystem with 300+ investors deploying over $1M into restaurants and events. It successfully activated a community-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem — and taught me that even when traction is strong, systems fail if incentives aren't structurally aligned.

Later, as CEO of a telecom sales organization in Mexico, I designed a decentralized, gamified growth system that scaled from 80 to 180+ employees. It worked because incentives were aligned correctly. It's still operating today.

Now I'm building Majlis.social — using AI agents to create structured mission alignment and quality matching before humans invest time or capital. Launching from Dubai to pioneer agent-to-agent economic infrastructure.
