The Context

As CEO of OneContact Mexico, a telecom contact center, I faced a crisis: high turnover, flat growth, and a young workforce (18-24) that wasn't engaged. Traditional management wasn't working.

What I Built

I designed and led the development of Pakoa, a gamified multi-level marketing platform that transformed how we managed sales teams. The system gave employees visibility into their progress, clear advancement paths, and motivation structures tailored to their demographic.
